She provides practical, cost-effective counsel informed by prior experience working in office management and with HR professionals. Rebeca defends employers in litigation and before administrative agencies, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and class action matters, and also handles government audits. She advises on accommodations, restrictive covenants, layoffs, leave laws, and internal investigations. She also guides employers on legal issues involving AI and workplace technology, helping develop compliant policies and training.
