Megan Lawson is Director of Employment at ALO (since 2025). She previously worked at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP (2019–2025), managing complex employment litigation and securing favorable outcomes, and at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP (2013–2019) as a Managing Associate. Her early career included roles as a law clerk at Orrick and an extern for a U.S. District Court judge. She was selected as a National Employment Law Council Academy Fellow and participated in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Pathfinder program. Megan earned her J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University.
