Lauren A. Polk is Corporate Legal Counsel at Oracle with expertise in employment law, litigation, and regulatory compliance. She provides day-to-day advice on hiring, employee relations, disputes, and terminations, and oversees internal investigations, mediations, arbitrations, and employment litigation with outside counsel. She also helps develop HR policies, leads training, and advises on laws including ADA, FMLA, and WARN while collaborating with HR, sales, and DEI teams. Before Oracle, she served as Labor & Employment Counsel at Johns Manville and as a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Departments of Transportation and Labor, where she litigated workplace safety cases and recovered over $1M in penalties. Lauren earned her J.D. from George Washington University Law School, a B.A. from Georgetown University, and holds a DEI certification from Yale School of Management.
