E. Jewelle Johnson is Senior Counsel and Chief Employment Counsel at Graphic Packaging International, overseeing global labor, employment, benefits, and safety matters for 13,000 employees. She also advises the Mill Division, serves as Secretary of the Retirement Committee, and leads employment aspects of M&A deals. Previously, she was an equity partner at Fisher & Phillips LLP, where she co-founded the Diversity Committee. Jewelle is active in leadership and public service, including Chair of Georgia’s State Personnel Board and roles with several legal and community organizations. Her honors include the State Bar of Georgia’s Commitment to Equality Award and recognition among Atlanta’s Top 100 Black Women of Influence. She earned her J.D. from Duke University School of Law and undergraduate degrees from Miami University.
