Gerald is an experienced trial lawyer who represents employers in state and federal employment matters, including discrimination claims, class actions, harassment cases, employment contracts, and disputes under Title VII, ADEA, ADA, and related laws. He also advises clients on employment policies, training, and diversity issues. He serves on Seyfarth’s executive committee, helping guide the firm’s strategy and global operations. Widely recognized for his litigation success, Gerald has earned numerous honors, including Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and recognition in Illinois Super Lawyers. He has also been named among Crain’s Chicago Business Notable Black Leaders & Executives and honored as a Business Leader of Color by Chicago United.
