DeAndrea Washington is a labor and employment attorney who represents public and private employers in litigation, arbitration, and agency proceedings, including matters before the EEOC, Texas Workforce Commission, and U.S. Department of Labor. She handles cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, noncompete agreements, and breach of contract. She advises clients of all sizes across industries, including schools, universities, and government entities, with a focus on preventing disputes and resolving issues before litigation arises. DeAndrea has experience at all stages of litigation, including trials, arbitrations, and appeals in state and federal courts.
