Alex Barnett is a strategic attorney who represents employers in labor, employment, and litigation matters. She counsels and defends clients under federal and state laws, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, and FMLA. Her work includes handling class actions, restrictive covenant disputes, internal investigations, and employment issues in corporate transactions. She also advises on workplace policies, agreements, and legal compliance across industries. Alex co-leads her firm’s DEI Strategy practice, guiding clients through evolving diversity, equity, and inclusion regulations. She earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from Dartmouth College, where she received the Philip D. McInnis ’36 Award for leadership, integrity, academic excellence, and community contribution.
