NELC Academy Committee

The NELC Academy Committee is composed of dedicated NELC members who help shape the vision, structure, and impact of the Academy. Committee members are responsible for reviewing applications, selecting each year’s cohort of Fellows, developing program content, and serving as mentors and facilitators throughout the Academy experience. Their leadership ensures the Academy continues to deliver high-impact professional development, foster meaningful connections, and build a strong pipeline of future leaders in management-side labor and employment law.
